The Directory and Cross Reference to Federal, State and Local Grants, Loans and Subsidies: HMMA has researched and assembled a directory of the current assistance programs offered by local, state and governmental agencies in your region. This would take the average person months to assemble on their own. This directory helps you to identify the various agencies and programs in your area.

The Index Directory of Federal Grants, Loans and Subsidies: Represents an index of programs and the qualification and application of each as they are intended to be used.

Federal Agency Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization Offices: Provides the location and contact information for all SBA offices which service small disadvantaged businesses.

SBA Regional Offices Procurement Technical Assistance Centers: These are the SBA centers that service and provide businesses with technical support for procurement contracts.

SBIC Licensees: Provides qualified licensed investor sources on a state-by-state basis.

NAICS Codes: Provides our business clients with the current standard industrial codes, which will be needed to classify their business and projects in all documentation and filings.

HMMA Membership: In addition to the Training Workshop, the Real Estate / Business CD’s, and the National DVD, your active HMMA Membership also provides access to Member Support from our Client Services Department to guide you through the funding process and answer any questions that you may have.

Member Support-Review of business plans, grant proposals and applications: While we do not write your business plans, HMMA will review two business plans, proposals and applications that you are personally involved with. The reviews are completed by highly trained staff and will ensure that all documents are well prepared prior to submission to potential funding sources. Members should allow a minimum of a two-week turnaround time on all items submitted for review.

Membership Fee --$29.95/month: Active Membership also provides continued access to HMMA's Member hotline Support services (Government Funding, Real Estate & Business) support for just $29.95 per month. If you purchased by credit card, this fee will be electronically debited from your credit card account unless you advise us otherwise.
